A dear friend of ours who had recently sold their house through our Vendor Advocacy service, trusted us to help them transition out of the Inner West and move to the Eastern Suburbs (A life long dream of theirs) to be positioned as close to the beach as possible.
After spending the first couple of weeks sourcing as many different opportunities in line with their budget and brief across the East we were able to fine tune their search to a few key suburbs where there was an emotional connection for our client. Our client wanted to have great walkability to both cafes as well as the beach and be positioned in not only a great home but an area with a strong community atmosphere.
After inspecting this property on the Wednesday our client instantly fell in love with the position of the home as well as the potential to add further value to build additional wealth. We then got put to work to satisfy all due diligence so we could proceed with a pre auction offer and start negotiations. Being positioned in a blue chip suburb and in a quality complex our client was happy with the results of our due diligence and was happy to proceed with presenting an offer.
Our job is 24/7 and we don't clock off at 5pm to call it a day. We push to ensure our client is getting the best result and often find negotiations can take place on weekends and in the evening which was the case with this property. We worked well into the evening on Friday to find a mutually happy outcome for both our client and the vendor.
