Our clients were a young family that had been referred to us by previous clients who recommended they speak to us to see if we could help them on their journey. Having been in the market for a long time and missing out on a number of properties, they decided to engage Okaeri to help them navigate the mine field that is purchasing property in the East.

We aggressively scoured the market for large Art Deco opportunities both on and off market which are extremely desirable and sought after on the Eastern beaches and after only 4 short weeks, the right property was unearthed. 

Timing is everything and not all properties can be purchased as soon as they hit the market. When the time was right however we were in the best position to strike to try and secure the home. After a long evening of negotiations between a number of other interested parties, our clients came out on top as the successful purchasers.
