We pursued 2 properties at auction & 1 off-market in Marrickville which had disappointing outcomes. Realising that renovated properties were going for significantly higher than desired, our clients started to become more open to the idea of renovating and exploring other suburbs. On Saturday, they inspected this property in Earlwood that gave them more than they envisioned. With the auction only 4 days away, we got started on due diligence.
Having worked and purchased through the agents in the past, conversations were clear and transparent all through-out. Our clients had a set budget to work with and we attended the auction with no expectations, but to just put our hat in the ring. During the auction, we competed against 3 other buyers and after a growling 30 minutes, we successfully purchased under the hammer, well below our clients budget. Now the next chapter of their journey begins!
