Our client reached out to us when they decided it was time to get out of the rental market and into home ownership. We sat down and after deep diving into their requirements and showing how we can deliver through our successful purchases, agent relationships and knowledge of the areas, it wasn't long before we received the green light start hunting. 

We explored the Inner West, South East & St George area for a few weeks and attempted to pursue a couple of properties however walked away after discovering a number of concerns with ongoing major building issues and one in Eastlakes where vendor's price expectation was well above market value. 

On the final week of their journey, we made a call to an agent who had a renovated apartment off-market on the same street of an Eastlakes property we pursued. It was in better condition and the owners expectations were realistic. Our clients inspected the property on Saturday and on Monday, we exchanged on a 5 day cool-off, allowing us time to complete all our due-diligence and to lock in a great price. Our client were able to secure the property $15,000 less than the other property that was inferior.
