Having missed out on a property two weeks ago due to competition we were able to get access to this property prior to launching to the market which gave us a competitive edge to be the first to inspect and start the due diligence process. The property was launched and after the first week of the campaign we came in with a strong offer to encourage the vendors to accept prior. With this we were competing against one other buyer who was as keen as our client to secure the property. Having been able to satisfy our due diligence the week prior we were in the box seat and ultimately were able to secure the property! Our client is beyond thrilled with her new home and can't wait to start making many amazing memories there!
