The most recent comparable sale in this building was only sold a couple weeks prior for a higher price in inferior condition. Safe to say our client was absolutely thrilled to not only know they were getting the property that they have been waiting so long for but also to know that they are securing it at a great price in todays market.

The negotiation took a number of weeks but it was critical we not only achieved the best price but also the best terms for our client.
