Introduced to us by our Mortgage Broker, our client was very time poor and having a sibling that engaged a Buyers Agent for their purchase recently, she understood the benefits of engaging one herself. 

The key requirement was natural light, pet friendly and spacious. We began our search inspecting numerous properties across the Inner West & St George area. On the 11th week of the search, whilst we were completing due diligence on another apartment, we were presented this property Pre-Market and we knew immediately (before sending it to the client), we were going to pivot. Our client fell in love just by the photos and when we inspected 2 days later, confirmed we were moving ahead.
