A young couple referred to us were eager to start their search in 2024 and get out of the Sydney rental market. They had been sporadically looking through-out the year and understood what the market was doing and what they needed in the home they purchased - pet friendly, pool, spacious and light.

It was a quick one. Our client decided to inspect a property on a whim Saturday morning then gave us a call straight away. With a 500 page strata report & a 2000 page contract review, we got to work on due diligence for the next couple of days and arranged to inspect the property personally on Monday.

Armed with the knowledge the owner preferred a shorter settlement and another buyer wanting a cool-off. We decided to match the other buyers offer however with a shorter settlement and unconditional. 

We submitted our offer at 11:30am today & exchanged within the hour. Relationship played a key element to making this process stress-free for our client.
