The client
A family of 3 and another on the way living in an apartment. Prior to engaging OBA, they were searching on their own for over a year and were repeat under bidders at multiple auctions. With baby no.2 on the way and eager to find a home, they came to us for help.
The Journey
They desired a house, however felt their budget only allowed for a townhouse or duplex. We exhausted the market in the Shire. Showing them pre and off market properties which didn’t fit the brief until we came across this home week 1 of their search.
The Negotiation
We were able to get a sneak peak & prepared ourselves ahead of all the buyers. Sensitive to the vendors circumstances, we waited until they saw 2 Saturday inspections then came in with a strong offer on Monday.
The Success
We submitted our offer at 12pm & our offer was accepted by 1:45pm the same day! Our clients could not believe they were able to purchase a freestanding home with a beautiful backyard for their children to enjoy and to entertain family.
