The Journey
While on the road for 10 days on the way to Sydney, we explored and searched for a ground floor apartment in the desired suburbs of the Inner West but they all fell short for various reasons. We saw this pre-market unit that wasn’t in the desired location but fit 9/10 of the brief and presented it to our client. After seeing the photos, she was exited.
The Success
The moment our client step into the apartment, she fell in love. We had to complete thorough due diligence and with patience from all parties, we were able to secure the property before it went to the open market. A short search, a bright next chapter. And a place she can now call home
