Referred to us from a past client, our client due to have their first baby, reached out needing help in search of their home. With our inner west knowledge and relationships with agents, the search begun.
The Journey
The first property we pursued went to auction while they were overseas. We bided and came on top however it wasn’t aligned with vendors expectation. It was apparent 2 weeks post auction, we had to let it go and refocus. Once the decision was made, lo and behold, a new home appeared.
The Success
We inspected the property on Monday at 9am. Completed our due diligence and kept in communication with the agent and our clients. By 5:30pm the deal was done and we exchanged unconditionally.
