The client
Our newly married couple came to us initially wanting to buy a property in Sydney. After being advised they should look at buying land, they shift the goal and decided to purchase in the Central Coast where they can rent the property out while their work kept them in Sydney, then move when the time was right.
The Journey
Glad to hear that this shift didn’t mean they had to find another Buyers Agent, we set up a meeting with our Central Coast BA and hit the ground with the new brief. We inspected this property on the first week of their search and presented more options in week 2, however always came back to this property ticking their boxes.
The Negotiation
We presented an offer with a cool-off and within 24hrs, our offer was accepted. With a 10 day cool-off, it gave our clients time to complete further due diligence.
The Success
With some hiccups along the way, we tackled them head on as a uniting team until the very last day of cool-off! Our clients can now tell all their friends they bought a house and start preparing the house ready for tenants!
