Our clients needed assistance to help with the sale of their Mothers home and having lived in the UK for many years, they were not familiar with the sale process and required representation to find the right agent.
The Journey
We assisted our clients by co-ordinating trades to give the property a spruce to ensure they obtained the maximum amount in the market place. We also interviewed 3 local agents, providing our recommendation and stayed up to date with how the campaign was running when the property went live to the public.
The Negotiation
After 2 weeks of inspections, the agents were able to identify the strongest buyer who was willing to submit an offer prior to auction. With a couple of back and forth between the buyer and agents, an offer was presented that they were happy with.
The Success
Our client was able to sell the property prior to auction.
