The client

1.5 years ago, we helped our client secure their first investment property. This year, they returned ready to go again and we were all in for round two.

With an open mind and a willingness to explore alternative markets, we shifted focus to the Central Coast. One dedicated Saturday of inspections confirmed what we suspected, significantly better value and opportunity.

The Success

This property stood out immediately. Offering approximately double the land size typically seen in Sydney, it also came with long-term tenants keen to remain, providing immediate income stability.

Importantly, the tenants were open to accommodating the future addition of a granny flat, unlocking further upside and aligning perfectly with our client’s long-term strategy. All secured within budget.
