Our repeat client who we assisted with the purchase of their family home reached out to us again to ask us to help with the sale of their investment property. Travelling often for work, it was important they had representation to assist with choosing the right agent to sell their home and oversee the communication. We interviewed 3 local real estate agents and co-ordinated all the required trades to ensure the home was presentable when buyers attended any private inspections.
