On the hunt for a 1 bedroom unit that wasn’t cookie cutter in a low rise building with an abundance of light and privacy were key requirements. We sourced all opportunities and sent through video walk-throughs which were veto’d. Until we came across this unit - the first property the client saw in person while engaged with us.

After completing all due diligence, another offer on the table and a maximum price we were willing to go to, we decided to go in strong - call it a “knock out bid” if you will and still well within budget.

We submitted our offer at 2:30pm & our offer was accepted within the hour! Our client was able to avoid traipsing through 100s of properties or being another buyer searching for 12 months dealing with the heartache of missing out. Our client can move in, in time for Christmas
