Our clients were referred to us by a previous client. It was important to them that they had an expert on their side to oversee the entire search process & ensure they were making the right decision in the complex they bought in. Their requirements were a 2 bedroom apartment that was bright, had storage, close to amenities, pet friendly, character & spacious.

We hit the ground running once they received their pre-approval. With a great budget, we were able to present a number of properties that fit the brief. Of the 18 we had inspected, we co-ordinated for them to see 6 which saved them time. During their final week of their search, a property in the complex we had previously purchased in came up that ticked the boxes. We inspected the property and confirmed it was the one, moving on to due diligence.

After completing their 2 Saturday inspections, we had to consider that the Vendors & our clients were overseas with 3 different timezones to bear in mind. We commenced negotiations on Monday and after a couple of counter offers, we stayed firm on our final offer.

Our offer was accepted and we successfully exchanged unconditionally on Tuesday. Our clients are ecstatic to secure the unit Pre-Auction. The search is over and they can now enjoy the remainder of their holiday relaxing and celebrating!
