Our client is a First Home Buyer who was referred to us by a previous client. Eager to get out of renting and find a townhouse or house that was ready to move into with potential to add value, had good growth & close to shops, the search was underway.
The Journey
We searched far & wide from the Inner West to the North. But in the end, this 2 bedroom renovated semi on a massive 518sqm block of land, in Gladesville prevailed. We inspected the home on Saturday with our client and commenced due diligence over the weekend. We had the contract amendments sent Monday morning.
The Negotiation
After the amendments were agreed on, we submitted our offer to the agent at 3:45pm and had exchanged by 5:20pm!
