We invited 3 local agents to conduct their listing presentation with our clients across 2 days. With varying campaign strategies, our client felt more comfortable with a private treaty approach. After selecting the best agent, we facilitated the sale contract, property styling, and negotiating the marketing and commission cost.
The Success
Being kept in the loop of how the campaign was going and the feedback from buyers allowed us to identify a strong buyer. With their initial offer below our clients expectations, the agent worked extensively to get the buyer to a level our client was prepared to sell for. In a matter of a few days, both parties came to an agreement and after 6 weeks on the market, our client successfully sold their investment property.
