Our client is a First Home Buyer who was referred to us by a past client. Unsure how to navigate the buying journey and wanting an expert on her side to avoid making the wrong decision, she engaged our services from the very beginning of her search.
The Journey
The brief was an Art Deco apartment that felt safe, a space she can entertain in, add her own touches and be proud of. From the Inner West to the Inner City, we sourced high and low. Feedback was crucial during the first few weeks and allowed us to hoon in on the brief and the property appeared. When our client walked through the property, her face lit up – it was the one. However, the vendor was committed to running an auction so we had to wait. We continued the search to ensure no stone was left unturned, but nothing was quite like it.
The Success
Come the day of the Auction, we started with a strong bid knocking out 4-5 buyers. We competed with 1 buyer and came on top. Our client was shaking with excitement and thrilled to have secured the property!
