After securing a property in March with us, we were on to the next straight away without pause. The brief – Unrenovated and the margins made sense.

We vetted every opportunity presented to us within the Inner West and surrounding area. Only a handful of properties made sense after completing our feasibility.

We kept an eye on this property and sales results that were occurring during the campaign. During the final week, we got our client through, deep dived into the numbers to ensure they stacked up and prepared for auction. A contract amendment request became a sticking point for both our client and the vendors. After deliberating between the agent and our clients, we made a play at the property prior to auction.

With a bit of patience, we successfully secured the property after battling with another buyer (and 16 counter offers!). Our client can start planning for the 2nd project. We can’t wait to see what our client does with the property. Now the search begins for the 3rd.
