We were introduced to our lovely client via their mortgage broker after they’d been navigating the property market on their own and hitting roadblocks.

Their brief? An apartment with potential – must have minimum 2 bedrooms, willing to renovate, in a few key pockets they’d fallen in love with. We inspected multiple properties together and made strong offers on a number of unrenovated 2-bedrooms — only to be beaten out at the top end of their budget.
